In Bedroom, contrasting elements of a "bedroom" and a "construction site" are layered together to reveal the contradictions and conflicts inherent in everyday spaces. The bedroom is presented as a space in flux, shaped by external influences, questioning the "temporariness" and "uncertainty" of familiar environments.
Structures made of transparent glass invite viewers to experience a sense of oscillation between "certainty" and "ambiguity." This dynamic encourages reflection on the ephemerality of space and its potential for diverse interpretations. What if the spaces we take for granted carried entirely different meanings? Through this installation, I hope to evoke such questions and offer a space for deeper contemplation.
